Dr. Surabhi Sood

 Yoga teacher with 19+ years of experience, MSc in Yoga Therapy, and a mother of two, supporting women through pregnancy and motherhood.

 I make prenatal and postnatal yoga simple, practical, and accessible for working mothers—helping them stay connected to their bodies and minds, even in busy lives. Blending Garbha Vidya, breathwork, gentle āsanas, and relaxation with modern maternal science, I guide women to reduce stress, build strength, prepare for natural birth, and recover with ease—while nurturing a deep bond with their baby.

 Dedicated to creating calm, safe, and conscious beginnings for mothers and their babies.

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

No. This workshop is beginner-friendly and suitable for people with little or no yoga experience.

What should I keep ready for the workshop?

You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a small open space to practice comfortably.

Will I get a recording of the session?

No, recording will not be provided. We encourage participants to attend the live session to get the full benefit of guided practice.

How will the workshop be conducted?

The workshop will be conducted live online, where you can follow the yoga practices step-by-step with guidance.

How long is the Worshop?

120 minutes, including presentation and Q&A
